Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage and oversee asset tagging projects across various client sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in coordinating asset tagging or inventory services, ensuring timely execution, client satisfaction, and accurate documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, IT, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in asset tagging, inventory management, or asset audits.
  • Familiarity with asset tracking systems, barcode/RFID technology, and data collection tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic project tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication and client coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations when required.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with asset management software (like Infor, SAP, Zoho, or Asset Panda).
  • Basic understanding of IT hardware and equipment.
  • Team management or vendor coordination experience.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute asset tagging projects at client locations, ensuring timely completion and quality assurance.
  • Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to field teams; monitor daily progress.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and client representatives for project execution.
  • Track assets using asset management tools or software, ensuring accurate tagging and data entry.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and reports on asset tagging progress, discrepancies, and issues.
  • Ensure proper usage of RFID/barcode tags and compliance with project-specific standards.
  • Support inventory audits, tagging validation, and reconciliation processes.
  • Troubleshoot field-level issues and escalate to the project manager if necessary.
  • Train field staff on tagging procedures and quality protocols.
  • Ensure health, safety, and data privacy compliance during on-site activities.
