Job Title: Project CoordinatorJob Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing project documents, reports, specifications, and correspondence. You will also assist in coordinating meetings and presentations, ensuring professionalism in all client interactions. Responsibilities Format and organize project documents, reports, specifications, and correspondence. Create and maintain both paper and electronic files. Order insurance and monitor insurance certificates. Apply quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management. Assist with and coordinate meetings and presentations. Work collaboratively with multiple Project Managers and project teams as needed. Assist with project guides, reviews, invoices, and expense reports. Exhibit professionalism with clients. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills 2+ years of project coordinating experience. Proficiency in project coordination and administration. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Experience with document control and administrative support. Ability to write and format business proposals. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Experience in construction and project management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with QuickBase, SharePoint, and Excel. Familiarity with construction administration. Experience in the transmission industry is preferred. Familiarity with Procore and ProjectWise is a plus. Intellectual curiosity and initiative in problem-solving. Adaptability to fast-paced environments. Work Environment This is a hybrid position with a schedule of four days in the office and one day working remotely. The standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility. The team consists of three other Project Coordinators and two to three Accountants. The work environment encourages professionalism, teamwork, and a customer service-oriented demeanor. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $33.65/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
