Aurora Design Group Ltd. is growing – and we’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. We specialize in bulk storage and material handling solutions for industrial clients across Western Canada. From concept to construction, our projects demand precision, strong coordination, and real-world problem-solving.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with vendors and contractors, and can confidently handle multiple moving parts—without needing micromanagement.

• Support day-to-day project execution: scheduling, tracking deliverables, and coordinating with internal and external teams
• Work closely with vendors: request quotes, manage purchase orders, track shipments, and monitor quality/timelines
• Assist with cost tracking, project budgets, and change order documentation
• Help prepare estimates and proposals for new work
• Coordinate crew mobilization for on-site projects, ensuring materials, equipment, and documentation are in place
• Maintain accurate project records and update stakeholders on progress
