About the role
Our Balfour Beatty Highways business has a terrific opportunity for a Project Coordinator for our Highways DBFO Joint Venture.

We provide high quality asset strategy, management and planning consultancy services to a wide range of public and private sector customers. We provide specialist, reliable, sustainable and creative advice for asset management planning and implementation in the UK. What you’ll be doing

As a Project Coordinator, you will be tasked with providing a range of specialist and general administrative duties to a nominated team Management of National Highways Additional Works Notices and Orders, including:

  • You’ll be developing your communication, information management and document control skills to help deliver lots of small schemes and projects.
  • Helping to setup and co-ordinate all the project information into standardised system
  • Sorting archives and moving information to new system
  • Quality Control of documents and information
  • Have we got all the information where we need it, chase those who need to provide it
  • Co-ordination support for work priorities
  • Working with project team members on 3 contracts
  • Support them with setting up information folders for their schemes
  • Support project reporting with information
