Position: Building Automation Systems (BAS) Project Coordinator
Location: West Allis, WI

We’re seeking a BAS Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Knowledge of Procore and Bluebeam strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate degree in administration or business OR 3+ years of equivalent construction industry experience in a similar role.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Onsite role, occasional travel for business or training.
  • Prolonged sitting and computer work.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth project operation from start to finish.
  • Maintain and track prospective projects; assist Sales with bid documentation.
  • Facilitate pre-bid and turnover meetings in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate submittals, equipment requests, and BOM with Engineering.
  • Set up projects in accordance with internal company processes.
  • Support prefab of controllers/sensors and manage panel build inventory.
  • Provide Procore access for subcontractors and technicians.
  • Track subcontractor invoices against contracts, change orders, and retainage.
  • Assist with project closeout tasks including warranty, notes, and O&M manuals.
  • Ensure billing and payment completion, including retainage.
