As a Project Coordinator you will report directly to the General Manager & assist in all aspects of Project Management & Estimating. Responsibilities:

• Drafting of Project Schedules, Change Orders, RFI, Shop Drawings, & RFQs
• Tracking and Filing COs, RFI, SI, Shop Drawings, Updated Plans & Specifications
• Tracking & Placing Material Orders
• Review & Follow up on Purchase Orders
• Coordinating incoming Change orders with Site staff, Sub Trades, & Suppliers
• Provide Information to site staff
• Drafting of Maintenance Manuals & Close out Documentation
• Sending RFQ to Suppliers and sub trades

Qualifications:

• A Minimum 2 years experience in mechanical or construction industry is preferred
• Background in Mechanical engineering is preferred
• Completion of Post Secondary
• Hands on trade experience is considered an asset
• Well organized with ability to multitask
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, & Word.
• Proficient English oral and written communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
