About the role

As a Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager, you'll work closely with our Project Lead, helping manage the moving parts of a project. Your day would be all about supporting the project delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Building & maintaining strong relationships with clients and the wider project team
  • Working with clients and designers to develop design and tender documentation
  • Supporting project planning, budgeting, procurement, and scheduling
  • Collaborating with builders, clients, and consultants through the construction process to solve problems
  • Contributing to the successful delivery of real-world projects

About you

  • A recent graduate from a field like construction, engineering, project management, or business
  • Someone with work experience in business, procurement, contract administration, or construction
  • Motivated, curious, and capable of managing multiple tasks at once
  • Great with people, written communication, and technology (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Calm under pressure and keen to build a long-term career
  • A current driver's licence
  • Full working rights in Australia required

Bonus (But not required)

  • Experience in construction, engineering, or property-related roles
  • Familiarity with project tools (like Procore or Microsoft Project)
