· Assist Architectural Reps in coordinating all phases of project execution
· Maintain project schedules, track progress and update customers
· Prepare and manage project documentation (quotes, sales orders, weekly reports, etc.)
· Establish and grow relationships with tile contractor partners to ensure a positive experience and keep projects moving through order stages effectively
· Ensure compliance with company and client standards
· Identify and resolve project issues in a timely manner
