Responsibilities Role: Chat Process - Project Coordinator Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai Type: Full-time, Immediate Joining Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via chat with professionalism and empathy Promote and upsell products/services wherever applicable Ensure high-quality customer experience with timely responses Achieve sales and support targets. Team management, coaching, mentoring, preparing WBR, Client handling. Requirements Requirements: Graduate in any stream Excellent written communication skills (English proficiency required) Strong persuasion & sales aptitude Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Minimum 5 to 10 years of prior experience in sales/chat support. Telecom Billing is preferred.
