Description

Lead and supervise offshore mechanical construction, including piping fabrication and installation, static and rotating equipment, valves, skids and structural supports.
Oversee lifting and erection operations, and review lifting plans, rigging studies and method statements with lifting specialists and marine teams.
Plan and execute offshore works with logistics, marine spread, barges, DP vessels and subcontractors.
Ensure work meets IFC drawings, project procedures and international codes (ASME, API, ISO).
Support pre-commissioning and commissioning, including flushing, hydrotesting, nitrogen leak tests, reinstatement, mechanical completion and punch list clearance.
Act as the construction focal point for system handover to the commissioning team.
Take part in SIMOPS planning and execution on live platforms.
Enforce Permit to Work, confined space, work-at-height and ADNOC Life Saving Rules.
Work with ADNOC, PMC and subcontractors through daily progress meetings and construction reviews.
Keep daily progress reports, lifting logs, manpower records and as-built drawings up to date.
Mentor junior engineers and lead offshore supervisors and foremen.
