Complete Utility Contractors is a lower mainland based and highly experienced civil/utility company. We are actively seeking career-minded individuals that wish to continually grow and develop within our organization. We are currently looking to fill a Project Coordinator position which is critical to executing on our committed current and future project workload.
· Work closely with the Project Managers and Superintendent to keep track of the project progress including costs, schedule, change order and quality control.
· Create and maintain the delivery of all project documents and files (RFIs, RFQs, EWOs & Monthly Progress Payment etc.)
· Assist the PM in the review of Sub-Contractor & Supplier quotations.
· Issue Contracts, Letters of Intent, Purchase Orders, etc.
· Prepare Bid Packages.
· Request BC One call utility locates.
· Create site binders
· Develop monthly progress payment report for the Project Managers.
· Assists the Project Managers, Site Superintendent and Health & Safety Manager
with establishing project hazard & risk assessment documents.
· Assist with job close out documents, conducting deficiency walkthrough and preparing
deficiency restoration plans.
· Coordinate and support all production and daily reports.
· Assist with onsite meetings and deliveries for crew.
· Support projects close out process and ensure project closeout in a timely
manner.
· Manage successful relationships with sub-contractors
