CJS Recruitment are looking for a Project Coordinator for a large construction company who specialise in the supply and installation of Stone and Marble.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in managing and supporting multiple stone and ceramic installation projects from start to finish. This role involves close collaboration with clients, suppliers, installers, designers, and internal teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a coordination role preferably in the construction industry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing stone and ceramic installation projects.
  • Act as a central point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules, materials orders, installation plans and progress reports.
  • Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of stone, ceramic tiles, adhesives, and other materials to job sites.
  • Monitor project timelines and update systems to reflect progress and changes.
  • Arrange site visits, delivery schedules and logistics with installers and subcontractors.
  • Support quality control processes and ensure all installations comply with specifications and safety standards.
  • Track project budgets and help manage cost control and reporting.
  • Assist with resolving site issues, delays, or material discrepancies.
