We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team at CLS Health. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in project management, operations, and healthcare-related projects. The Project Coordinator will work closely with our Project Managers and Senior Project Manager to support various projects across OBL, GLP, RPM/CCM, PET SCAN, and Infusion initiatives. Responsibilities: Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. Support operational tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and workflow tracking. Help audit and monitor financials for ongoing projects. Prepare status reports and communicate project updates to the team. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners as needed. Learn project management processes and tools through on-the-job training. Participate in ancillary project evaluation and implementation tasks. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Eagerness to learn and take initiative. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management software a plus.
