Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Assist Senior Practitioners with diary management, booking travel including international travel, completing visa applications, adhering to vaccination and testing requirements, preparing itineraries and ensuring all relevant materials are prepared in a timely manner
  • On-going review of the diary to ensure optimal use of time, resources.
  • Corresponding with clients to arrange events and deliver projects
  • Conduct client account management calls with Senior Practitioners to review pipeline data and define account actions
  • Liaise with Senior Practitioners on sales opportunities and support with conversion through proposal creation and edits, arranging calls and responding to queries
  • Collaborate with the team to request and send delivery materials
  • Book coaching sessions and workshops
  • Daily updates to our bespoke opportunity pipeline with sales activity and delivery
  • Participation in weekly opportunity update meetings
  • Working with our Client Services team to co-ordinate the preparation and delivery of larger client projects
  • Accountable for monthly submission of Senior Practitioner expense receipts, assigning project code’s and responding to any financial queries raised by the finance team
  • Process assessment requests and ensure participant completion ahead of events
  • Adhoc off-site project support
  • Telephone and office un-lock/lock up duties

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of two years in a similar personal / executive assistant or project management role
  • Project coordination and/or project management experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft programs including Outlook, MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Planner, MS forms
  • Strong level of IT knowledge
  • Ability to operate across multiple platforms
  • Educated to a degree level
