About the Role As a Project Coordinator, you will support our service operations by coordinating service attendances, managing customer orders, and ensuring the efficient handling of spare parts and documentation. You will work closely with service engineers, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate service attendances, support cases, guarantee matters, and Annual Performance Tests (APT). Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours and prepare quotations for service work. Process customer orders, verify order details, and register orders in the ERP system. Ensure spare parts are allocated, packed, and delivered for service attendances. Maintain documentation and service records in the CRM system. Review service documentation and issue customer invoices within seven days of completion. Monitor back orders and manage order changes or returns when needed. Support coordination with customers, suppliers, freight partners, and warehouse teams. Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse administration.
