Our client, a growing residential renovation company, is looking for a Project Coordinator/Designer to join their team and help bring thoughtful, beautiful basement and kitchen renovations to life.

THE ROLE: PROJECT COORDINATOR / DESIGNER

This is a hybrid role for someone equally comfortable managing logistics and making creative decisions. You’ll help organize and oversee the execution of multiple renovation projects—while also being hands-on with design elements like space planning, finish selections, and visual presentations.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Overseeing day-to-day coordination of residential projects from concept through completion
• Acting as a key liaison between clients, trades, and internal team members
• Supporting the design process through layout planning, material sourcing, and client presentations
• Creating and updating drawings, mood boards, and finish schedules using design software
• Visiting job sites to ensure design integrity and quality control
• Maintaining project records, tracking budgets, and keeping timelines on target
• Helping to identify opportunities to improve systems and workflow
