REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have experience using Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, Power Point and Adobe Acrobat. MS Office.
  • MS Dynamics experience is a plus
  • Strong computer skills and experience in utilizing Excel.
  • Preferable experience in telecom or construction company
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to details.

Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator oversees and is responsible for tracking all aspects of project scheduling. Coordinates project planning with the Department Manager or Clients, Contractors, Engineers and Inspectors to ensure that project is within schedule and that the essential design criteria are met.

  • Communicate daily with the Department Manager, Inner Office Departments and, if required, Clients and Contractors.
  • Maintain all documentation paper, electronic data between contractor and the client.
  • Maintain project tracking documentation for Dept. Manager
  • Maintain project tracking documentation for client.
  • Prepare departmental request forms and associated documents
