We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator cum Consultant who is fluent in Spanish , French , Arabic and English. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, providing consultancy services, and ensuring smooth communication between Spanish , French , Arabic-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Consultant, or similar role.
  • Fluency in Spanish , Arabic , French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination:
  • Assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Consultancy Services:
  • Provide expert consultancy services to clients, ensuring their needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Facilitate meetings and presentations with clients, delivering insights and actionable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish , French , Arabic and English-speaking clients and team members.
  • Translate project documents and communication materials between Arabic , French , Spanish and English.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication among all stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project reports, proposals, and presentations in both languages.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Support team members in understanding and executing project tasks, offering guidance and support as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
