We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and proactive individual to support the project portfolio delivery of Contaminated Land and Water consulting projects across Australia with a focus on working with the Team Executive (TE) in New South Wales (NSW) and Australian Capital Territory (ACT). This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of project management processes, supporting project reviews, and maintaining operational cadence. The Project Coordinator will also assist Key Account Managers (KAM) by preparing and compiling data related to sales, variations, feedback, and invoicing, ensuring the client portfolio is managed efficiently and effectively and the Operations Executive in preparing and completing data to assist with meeting the Business Unit’s monthly budget. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is a proactive, systems minded coordinator who enjoys using project data to create clear actions. You stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly with Team Executives and technical teams, and take pride in well run reviews, tidy trackers and on time invoices. 
Responsibilities
