Job Title: Project Coordinator / Contract Administrator

Location: Near Challis, Idaho
Contract Length: 12+ Months

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Project Coordinator / Contract Administrator for a 12+ month contract to support a large-scale construction project near Challis, Idaho. This role is a key part of the Owner’s Construction Management team and is responsible for contract administration, field coordination, and project controls support across Mill and TSF scopes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in contract administration or construction coordination
  • Diploma or degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of contract documentation, project controls, and construction workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and tools like P6, Bluebeam, or Aconex
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Experience on mining or heavy industrial projects preferred
  • Familiarity with MSHA/OSHA environments is an asset

Responsibilities
  • Track contractor deliverables, progress updates, and daily reporting
  • Assist with RFIs, field directives, change notices, and document control
  • Maintain accurate records of drawings, specifications, and submittals
  • Coordinate contract compliance tasks and review payment applications
  • Support meetings and site walkdowns; record decisions and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with QA/QC and site teams on punch items and NCRs
  • Contribute to construction reporting, milestone tracking, and documentation
  • Ensure clear and timely flow of project information across stakeholders
