Convil Group Pty Ltd an experienced Civil Contractor specialising in government and infrastructure projects providing a large dynamic of core civil engineering services, we now require a Project Coordinator to join our busy team. The successful candidate will be required to work out of our premises in Wetherill Park, NSW.

The duties and responsibilities of the position include:

  • Reviewing and interpreting architectural and civil drawings and specifications.
  • Working conjointly and attending meetings with allied trades workers, engineers, subcontractors, project managers and the director.
  • Coordinating project including labour, costings, budget and other matters on behalf of Convil Group.
  • Provide advice to the project, engineering, and management teams, in order to keep the budget, deadlines and scope on track throughout the entire project.
  • Negotiating with relevant stakeholders from beginning to end of process / project.
  • Tending to submission of documentation to local authorities and other interested parties.
  • Management of subcontractors.
  • Present follow ups report, to Convil Group management as and when necessary.
  • Must have knowledge and expertise in the construction industry.
