Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria’s courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in leading and delivering cross-functional initiatives that enhance the Tribunal’s operational effectiveness, digital capabilities, and service delivery outcomes. The role will work collaboratively with stakeholderes to manage end-to-end projects that align with transformation goals and will be responsible for:

  • planning, coordinating and delivering assigned projects that support VCAT’s strategic priorities, ensuring alignment with timeframes, budgets and quality standards
  • liaising with internal stakeholders to identify business requirements and assess risks
  • monitoring project progress, tracking milestones and preparing project documentation including plans, reports, presentations and evaluation materials
  • supporting contract management and vendor liaison processes
  • applying project and change management methodologies
  • contributing to the development of governance frameworks, business cases and continuous iprovement processes
