We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our design and account management teams. This hybrid role combines administrative, design support, and client relationship management, making it ideal for someone who is highly organized, collaborative, and eager to grow within the interior design industry.
· Provide general administrative support to the design team as needed.
· Assist Interior Design Studio director with project organization, scheduling, meetings and deliverables.
· Assist account management team with project organization, customer service and internal team communication
· Support procurement hand-off process.
· Update process documents.
· Maintain and update project files, budgets, and client records.
· Coordinate with vendors for design presentations and Library organization
· Support marketing and social media efforts by gathering project content or coordinating photography when needed.
· Coordination of company events
TECHNICAL SKILLS
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools; knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite) a plus.
· Ability to update shared calendars
· Ability to catalog material libraries, vendor samples, and project assests in both physical and digital form
· Ability to capture and edit site photos, as needed
