We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Solutions Division. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping projects on track from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in supporting project delivery, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timelines and objectives are met

Essential Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Project Management tools such as Planyway, JIRA, Smartsheet, Project and Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent written, oral and listening skills
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated

Desirable Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience working in a similar role
  • Prince 2 qualification
  • Proven track record working with customers in a similar commercial environment

Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of the project management team to contribute to the efficient delivery and quality of all customer projects
  • Assist in liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Maintain project collateral for instance project setup and resourcing on NetSuite and Planyway, project timelines in Smartsheet or similar tool
  • Monitor consumption of project budgets via reports on NetSuite
  • Maintain organisational system for contracts, financial files, reports
  • Provide status updates for stakeholders
  • Assist in gathering metrics to promote the use of the product(s), via questionnaire or interview
  • Liaise across multiple departments in the business including technical and commercial teams
  • Project administration including scheduling meetings, calendar management, creating agendas, minute taking and distribution, manage action items
