SUMMARY

CTC Group is seeking Project Coordinators to organize project resources for the execution of project tasks to ensure equipment is delivered on-time and within scope.
Locations: Annapolis Junction / Ft. Meade

REQUIREMENTS

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline.
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, four (4) years of additional experience with a high school diploma may be substituted.

LEVEL 2 QUALIFICATIONS

• Five (5) years experience as a Project Coordinator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

• Assists in defining project scope and objectives.
• Translate requirements into discrete executable tasks
• Identify and coordinate resources needed to accomplish executable tasks
• Obtain vendor price quotes to purchase production inputs
• Build and maintain tasking schedule
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Maintain project records and publish management reports
• Re-prioritize tasking
• Close-out project
