Description

· Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate fabrication according to artwork specifications and incorporate feedback from the production team into artwork revisions.
· Conduct quality checks on final products to ensure compliance with client requirements.
· Coordinate projects to facilitate smooth implementation.
· Assist in the movement of materials/equipment to and from project sites.
· Maintain active communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring timely feedback consolidation to achieve project objectives within contractual deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets.
· Adhere to safety and quality assurance procedures and standards.
· Cultivate positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
· Prepare and submit necessary documentation for regulatory approvals before project commencement, including testing, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance activities.
· Interpret design briefs from salespersons or clients to understand their needs and develop artwork concepts tailored to their requirements.
· Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Flexi, CorelDraw, etc.) to create signage shop drawings and detailed structures.
· Prepare final artwork for production and printing purposes.
· Coordinate with the production team to ensure they can fabricate according to the provided artwork.
· Conduct quality checks during the production process to ensure that fabrication meets the client’s specifications.
· Perform quality checks on the final products before delivery
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining design quality and accuracy.
· Manage project correspondence and documentation efficiently.
· Oversee site and office project management, including inspections, handovers, site measurements, and coordination among various departments (graphics, production, finance, logistics).
· Monitor site installations and report on work progress.
· Maintain and update project files and reports regularly.
· Perform other adhoc duties as and when assigned by the Company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
