REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum a Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in interior design and/or project coordination in Singapore
• Experience in commercial and/or A&A projects
• Familiar with Singapore’s renovation rules and regulations as well as BCA regulations or submission processes
• Support business development efforts by identifying potential leads, clients, or project opportunities
• Able to prepare simple tender documentation and assist with costing
• Basic knowledge in materials sourcing and vendor management
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign etc.)
• Good sense of aesthetics and space planning
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work independently
• Knowledge in renovation/construction processes preferred
• Able to read technical drawings and work with site personnel
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel to sites and work flexible hours when needed
• Class 3 license is a plus

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a growing construction and renovation company looking for a Project Coordinator cum Interior Designer to join our team. This is a hands-on, hybrid role that involves both project coordination and design work. Ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and also capable of handling site coordination and client communication.
You’ll work closely with the Director, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to bring projects from concept to completion — covering residential, commercial, and A&A works.
