JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team supporting a major PPP healthcare contract. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in administration, financial management, budgeting, and advanced Excel proficiency - combined with hands-on experience in asset management and end-to-end project delivery. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strategic asset performance while driving minor works and capital projects that support operational excellence across a state-of-the-art healthcare facility.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE

  • Represent the team in client meetings and briefings
  • Prepare reports and proactively resolve client issues

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 4–5 years of experience in a Project Officer and/or Administrator role
  • Experience in PPP or healthcare infrastructure (Preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience with CMMS and asset management software (Preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project & Excel highly regarded)
  • Current Police Check and compliance with Vaccine Preventable Disease Protocol
  • Working with Children Check
