Your new opportunity We’re looking for a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to support our National Head of Support in delivering transformation initiatives that improve how we work. You’ll coordinate a range of business projects that enhance operational performance, streamline processes, and strengthen collaboration across our national firm. You’ll help ensure change is delivered on time, on budget, and in line with our strategic goals. What you'll do Coordinate business transformation initiatives, timelines, and documentation Support the delivery of cross-functional projects across systems, people, and process Track milestones, manage risks, and prepare project reports and implementation updates Liaise with stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors to keep things on track Support change communication, training logistics, and user engagement Assist with business process mapping and testing of new systems and tools Provide administrative support to the National Head of Support What you'll bring 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, business support, or operations Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities Excellent communication skills and a confident, collaborative style Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project tools like Smartsheet (or similar) A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative Familiarity with process mapping or workflow tools (highly regarded) Experience in professional services, accounting, or technology environments (highly regarded) Ready to join us?
