Do you want to join CTS as Project Coordinator/Data Analyst? About the role This position is based on the construction site in Seinäjoki. You will be responsible for ensuring that digital tools, project information, and reporting systems are actively used and maintained on site—not just set up, but actually working in practice. You will work closely with site management, engineers, and discipline leads, helping translate on-site activities into structured data and clear project insight. Your role connects what is happening in the field with the digital systems used for coordination, tracking, and reporting. You will also contribute to improving project workflows, data quality, and reporting processes, making sure information is consistent, reliable, and ready for decision-making. What you will do Coordinate and follow up on weekly and monthly reporting inputs from different site disciplines Ensure project data is updated, complete, and submitted within agreed deadlines Create and maintain structured trackers and SharePoint lists for reporting topics such as progress, actions, risks, and quality Check and validate incoming data for accuracy, logic, structure, and completeness Prepare clean and organized datasets for dashboards and client reporting Act as the on-site point of contact for questions related to digital workflows and reporting updates Support site teams in accessing drawings, models, and project information through digital platforms Attend coordination meetings, capture action items, and ensure follow-up is tracked and closed Document reporting routines and continuously improve templates, checklists, and update rules Who this is for This role suits someone who wants to work close to construction and take ownership of how project information is coordinated, controlled, and reported.
