Job Description We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team in Mumbai, India. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between various departments and stakeholders, ensuring the smooth execution of data center projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining project timelines and deliverables within the data center environment. Coordinate and manage multiple data center projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project schedules Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to provide updates and address concerns Track project milestones and deliverables, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies Assist in resource allocation and scheduling to optimize project efficiency and team productivity Maintain organized project files and databases, ensuring all information is current and easily accessible Support project managers in administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and managing correspondence Monitor data center operational requirements and coordinate with technical teams to ensure project alignment with infrastructure needs Prepare and distribute project communications, including agendas, action items, and follow-up documentation Assist in vendor management and procurement processes related to project requirements Qualifications 2+ years of experience in project coordination or related administrative role Demonstrated experience working in or supporting data center operations or infrastructure environments Proficiency with project management tools and software (MS Project, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation Problem-solving mindset with analytical capabilities Familiarity with ITIL methodologies or project management frameworks (preferred) Experience with ticketing or issue tracking systems (preferred) Knowledge of data center infrastructure, equipment, and operations (preferred) Experience with budget tracking and resource allocation (preferred) Additional Information Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
