  • Customer- and stakeholder-focused, prioritising clarity, transparency, and timely updates.
  • Tech-savvy: familiar with project management systems, shared drives, Xero, and issue-tracking tools (e.g. CRMs, Snagmaster, Procore).

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in construction project coordination, property management, or defect administration.
  • Experience liaising collaboratively with builders, committees, or clients is highly desirable.
  • Body Corporate or strata experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be the central communication hub between our builder, the Body Corporate, and the project team. Your key focus will be managing defect resolution and keeping the Body Corporate committee informed on project progress—from identification through to completion.
This role is part-time, working 24 hours per week, with occasional site visits required (approximately 2–3 per month).

  • Defects are resolved smoothly and efficiently, with minimal duplication or delays.
  • The Body Corporate committee consistently receives proactive, clear updates and feels confident in project oversight.

  • Administrative systems and communication processes are continuously refined for improved clarity and consistency.
