Delco Elevator Products is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing details, coordinating projects, and keeping customers and internal teams aligned. While this is not a commissioned outside sales position, it is a key part of our coordinated sales process — with future career paths into Inside Sales, Project Management, or Estimating Management.

• Prepare and manage detailed quotes for elevator packages, machines, and components.
• Liaise with suppliers for pricing, lead times, and technical details.
• Coordinate awarded orders from acceptance through to operations handoff.
• Schedule sales calls, meetings, and travel for sales reps.
• Conduct cold calls and dormant account outreach from target lists.
• Maintain CRM records for opportunities, quotes, and project statuses.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
