Key Responsibilities * Validate inspectors’ qualifications and ensure timely registration within company systems. * Ensure inspectors are fully briefed prior to assignments and adhere to client-specific procedures and instructions. * Review inspection reports to verify compliance with required procedures before submission to clients. * Interpret and apply contractual terms and conditions to support project execution and compliance. * Act as the primary coordination point between clients and inspectors to ensure clear communication and alignment. * Monitor inspectors’ schedules, activities, and performance, and maintain accurate documentation for assigned projects. * Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for assigned projects, highlighting key variances and risks. * Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery. *   Finance and Administrative Responsibilities: * Manage, review, process, and track purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and tax documentation. * Handle financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, and receiving activities. * Prepare and process payments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls. * Support month-end closing activities and prepare summary financial reports. * Perform additional duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.
