Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

DNV Energy Systems is seeking a Project Coordinator with strong interpersonal and organizational skills to work in the Des Moines office to assist with Implementation of utility-based energy efficiency incentive services. This administrative position is designated to support energy efficiency and demand response services. The position will specifically support the administration of the Iowa Midstream program.
This role is based at our DNV office in Des Moines, Iowa, presenting a dynamic hybrid schedule where employees will typically spend three (3) days per week working from either a DNV office or client location/site. Further details regarding role-specific requirements will be shared during the interview process.

WHAT YOU LL DO

  • Administer education and training programs to support energy efficiency
  • Fielding and logging telephone calls from distributors, customers and contractors
  • Maintaining electronic project files
  • Create and update electronic forms and spreadsheets
  • Data review and entry
  • Application creation, review and customer support
  • Project review and submit projects for payment
  • Provide project support for distributor network
  • Database management support
  • Proactively seeks to identify real customer needs and manages customer expectations accordingly
  • A positive, collaborative and team-oriented attitude
  • The ability to work well under pressure in time-critical situations and be productive and self-motivated during slow periods
  • An understanding of key application specific analytical tools including but not limited to data filtering, sorting and pivot tables
  • Must be able to prioritize and work both independently and as part of a team
