Project Coordinator – Donor Development (Volunteer) Note: This is a remote, part-time volunteer position. Please do not apply if you are only seeking paid employment. We’re seeking a Project Coordinator to help the Donor Development team stay organized, connected, and on track. About the Role As the Project Coordinator for Donor Development, you’ll: Attend bi-weekly Donor Development meetings (Tuesdays at 12:00 PM ET) Maintain task lists and project trackers using tools like Trello or spreadsheets Support communication between team members and collaborators Help document timelines, task ownership, and next steps Follow up on outstanding items to ensure smooth progress Prepare basic visuals or summaries (e.g., checklists, slides, project updates) Help flag challenges or delays and escalate when necessary What We’re Looking For Some experience in project coordination or team-based work (internships and early-career welcome!) Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills Comfortable with tools like Trello, spreadsheets, and Google Workspace Self-motivated and reliable in a remote environment Passionate about nonprofit work and mission-driven fundraising What You’ll Gain Experience supporting a high-impact fundraising and engagement team Collaboration with professionals across departments Flexible, remote schedule (aside from required bi-weekly meeting) Commitment We ask for a commitment of 5–7 hours per week and a minimum of 6 months. This includes bi-weekly meetings, project updates, and follow-up communication.
