Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

The EWF is seeking a resourceful and highly organized Project Coordinator to play a central role in driving our Executive, Leadership, and Sales initiatives forward. In this role, you’ll be the connector; ensuring people, projects, and priorities come together seamlessly across teams, programs, and clients. From orchestrating the details of our Leadership Academy and Lift mentorship program to keeping complex timelines on track, you’ll help create exceptional experiences and measurable impact. You’ll collaborate across the organization to align schedules, prepare compelling materials, manage program logistics, and keep our most important projects moving.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Coordinate calendars, timelines, and milestones for key executives and leadership programs, ensuring priorities are met and deadlines are achieved.
  • Support business development efforts through research, targeted outreach, and scheduling of client and partner engagements.
  • Develop professional, visually compelling presentation materials and reports.
  • Manage operational elements of the Leadership Academy, including setup and tracking in the Learning Management System and Lift mentoring platform, ensuring a seamless participant experience.
  • Coordinate class enrollment, communications with learners, and distribution of certificates and badges
  • Oversee the delivery and distribution of assessments and results to program participants.
  • Plan and execute the logistics for Leadership Academy courses, including facilitator scheduling, invitations, attendance tracking, and follow-up activities.
  • Assist in the coordination and scheduling of mentorship program activities.
  • Conduct research and compile relevant data to inform leadership development program delivery and improvement.
  • Organize conference participation, including preparation, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-up.
  • Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, program updates, and stakeholder communications. Arrange travel, logistics, and event details for program-related needs. Gather key information and create prep documents for meetings and events.
  • Prepare briefing materials and summaries to support meetings and events. Track expenses, reconcile budgets, and support project-related financial processes.
  • Contribute to special projects, including research, data compilation, and light project management.
  • Maintain proactive communication with executives and cross-functional teams to monitor progress, flag risks, and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to coordinate activities and maintain alignment across programs.
  • Support BoardSuited registrations and related program initiatives.
  • Provide support on ad-hoc projects as assigned.
