JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the project management team in planning, executing, and closing out construction projects. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in construction project coordination or related field is a must
  • Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, BIM360, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam or other document management software
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
  • Must have valid driver’s license and car to commute to office located in Memramcook
Responsibilities
  • Assist PM in all aspects of Project
  • Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers and subcontractor
  • Keep track of shipping items and inform site accordingly
  • Request Installation, Operations and Maintenance manuals from suppliers and sub contractors and consolidate into binder for the client
  • Ensure the shop and site employee’s Safety records are up to date
  • Coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting minutes
  • Process shop drawings (Request from suppliers/subs - Prepare Submittals - Submit to Client for review - Follow up)
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project deliverables
  • Assist in the coordination of subcontractors and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and safety standards
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed
