JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities within the construction sector. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and proficiency in various construction management software. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in project management or coordination within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics.
  • Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and tools such as HeavyBid.
  • Experience using construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Primavera P6.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
