Job Description We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will be the backbone of our project operations, ensuring that all initiatives run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to coordinate activities, manage timelines, and drive projects toward successful completion. Coordinate with contractors, clients, and internal PMC team. Identify delays, issues, and technical problems. Ensure compliance with specifications and contract requirements. Attending site meetings and support in technical discussions Follow up on RFIs, inspections, and approvals. Qualifications **Required Qualifications: ** Proven experience in project coordination or related roles within a corporate, Infrastructure, or operational environment Good understanding of project management methodologies Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to prepare clear reports and briefs Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to identify and resolve project challenges Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and reporting Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support colleagues toward common goals **Preferred Qualifications: ** Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or a related field Experience with resource allocation, and time management Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance requirements in infrastructure or operational settings Experience managing client-contractor interfaces and stakeholder communications Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with tight deadlines Business Line: Energy and Sustainable Cities Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: Buildings Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Project Documentation
