Our Emergency Restoration services remediate conditions caused by floods, fires, mold, and natural disasters. We are currently recruiting for a full-time Project Coordinator to report to the Vice President of the Emergency Restoration Services Division. This position is based out of our main office at 27 Nixon Road in Bolton and will require regular travel throughout the GTA.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of supervisory experience within the restoration industry
  • Detailed understanding of emergency mitigation and reconstruction practices for residential properties
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license and clean drivers abstract
  • WRT, AMRT, ASD and other IICRC certifications are considered an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to take direction and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-oriented individual with the ability to interpret and effectively manage multiple staff members, competing priorities, and deadlines
  • Reliable team member who can demonstrate flexibility with shifting priorities

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Workspaces may be contaminated with heavy smoke residue, mould and mildew, contaminated water or other unsanitary conditions. Protective gear is available for use and is required on some heavily contaminated work sites

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Availability to work Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • Participation in 24/7 on-call schedule (rotation amongst the Property Damage & Restoration Services Division)
  • To report for work with CSA approved safety footwear and to wear this footwear at all times
  • To attend and actively participate in on-going training and safety certifications as needed and to make every effort to attempt to pass any exams that may be required
