Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Location: Dubai, UAE (with travel to KSA as required)
Salary Range: AED 6,000–9,000 per month
Accommodation: Provided for assignments outside KSA

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of site works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with agreed specifications. The role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and team members to maintain project progress, addressing challenges, and adhering to safety and sustainability standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Educational Background:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in site management, project coordination, or a similar role.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Knowledge of site surveying, safety standards, and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with construction techniques and tools used in GCC projects.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Travel Flexibility:
  • Willingness to travel within GCC countries, primarily UAE and KSA, as required.
Responsibilities
  • Site Management:
  • Oversee and manage the execution of works on-site, ensuring alignment with project plans and timelines.
  • Client Coordination:
  • Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, providing progress reports, attending meetings, and leading site walkthroughs.
  • Site Surveying and Setting Out:
  • Conduct site surveys and setting out directly or through surveyors to guarantee precise execution of works.
  • Site Supervision:
  • Supervise labor, contractors, and associated personnel to ensure efficient site operations and adherence to quality standards.
  • Safety Supervision:
  • Monitor site safety to prevent accidents and maintain records of safety compliance.
  • Project Compliance:
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet agreed specifications, budgets, and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Liaison:
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, local authorities, architects, quantity surveyors, and project managers to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Technical Support:
  • Provide technical advice to address on-site challenges and solve problems effectively.
  • Health and Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sustainability policies, as well as applicable legislation.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of project submissions, registers, and reports for proper documentation and accountability.
