Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator – Engineering Consultancy
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 8–10 years in UAE (Consultancy background required)
We are hiring a Project Coordinator to join our experienced team of engineers and consultants. If you have a strong consultancy background and know how to navigate UAE authority procedures while managing project timelines — we’d love to have you onboard!

Responsibilities

Coordinate multi-disciplinary projects (Architecture, Structure, MEP, Infrastructure)
Liaise with Dubai authorities (DM, DEWA, RTA, Trakhees, etc.) for timely approvals
Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and ensure quality standards
Act as the communication bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders
Track progress, prepare status reports, and assist in issue resolution
Manage project documentation and authority submittals
