We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and driven Project Coordinator to help us scale our impact and keep things running smoothly from the inside out.

• Coordinate asbestos abatement projects from start to finish: scheduling crews, permits, documentation, and client updates.
• Track and manage project timelines, material orders, and subcontractor schedules.
• Support field teams and supervisors with on-the-ground logistics and real-time troubleshooting.
• Communicate with clients, agencies, and internal departments to keep everyone aligned.
• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation (think Cal/OSHA and EPA).
