QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in project coordination, estimation, or civil works management.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering practices, site management, and project estimation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with clients, subcontractors, and the team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with civil works and managing site teams.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
  • Familiarity with relevant design software and project management tools.
  • Valid UAE DRIVING LICENCE

Responsibilities
  • Project Management & Civil Works: Handle and manage projects related to civil works, ensuring all stages are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Client Communication: Meet with clients to understand the full scope of the project and maintain ongoing communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Site Surveys & Investigations: Conduct site surveys and investigations for new project inquiries to determine requirements and challenges.
  • Costing & Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates based on client specifications, site conditions, and project scope.
  • Quotations & Follow-ups: Prepare and send accurate quotations to clients, and follow up to ensure timely project commencement.
  • Site Safety & Quality Assurance: Ensure all project sites are safe and clean, conducting quality assurance checks and providing feedback to the team.
  • Team Liaison: Act as the point of contact for the site team, consultants, subcontractors, and workforce involved in the project, ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Material Procurement: Oversee the procurement of materials, ensuring the right tools and materials are available for timely project delivery.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare site reports, designs, drawings, and safety margin (MoS), along with project timelines and daily progress reports (DPR).
  • Project Documentation: Maintain proper documentation for all new inquiries and for all projects handled, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Perform day-to-day problem-solving and address any site issues or challenges that arise during project execution.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform any other relevant tasks required by the project or as requested by management.
