Our clients trust us with their most complex testing challenges. The Opportunity We are hiring a Client Project Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our client experience. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of project management, client relationship management, and laboratory operations. You will be the single point of contact for a portfolio of clients from the moment they submit a sample to the moment they receive their results owning the workflow, the communication, and the outcome. What You'll Own Client Project Management. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Manage the full project lifecycle from sample submission through final report delivery, ensuring every project lands on time, on spec, and on budget. Sample Registration & Chain of Custody. Receive, log, and register incoming samples into our LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System). Verify documentation, assign test codes, and route samples to the correct analytical teams with zero errors. Client Communication. Own client correspondence across email, phone, and portal. Provide proactive status updates, manage expectations on turnaround times, and resolve issues before they escalate. Data & Account Management. Maintain accurate client records, project histories, pricing agreements, and testing specifications. Build the institutional memory that lets us deliver a seamless experience every time a client returns. Cross-Functional Coordination. Work hand-in-hand with our scientific, sales, and accounting teams to keep projects moving and clients informed. Continuous Improvement. Identify recurring friction points in the client journey and partner with leadership to fix them. We expect our coordinators to make the system better, not just operate within it. Qualifications What You Bring Bachelor's degree preferred equivalent professional experience will be strongly considered. We care more about how you think and execute than where you went to school. Less than 1 year in a client-facing, project coordination, or operations role. Backgrounds in laboratory services, professional services, logistics, hospitality, or account management all translate well. Exceptional organization and attention to detail. You can juggle 10 active projects and lose track of none. Strong written and verbal communication. Clients will form their impression of SN Labs based on your emails. Comfort with technology and data systems. Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite required; experience with LIMS, CRM, or ERP systems is a plus. A bias toward action, ownership, and follow-through.
