Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

The Project Coordinator is the central communicator between our team, general contractors, and clients. This position ensures projects stay organized, details are managed correctly, and communication is consistent and professional. By supporting project managers and keeping all parties aligned, the Project Coordinator directly protects timelines, customer satisfaction, and company reputation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate permits, job packets, warranties, and turnover paperwork with accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain proactive communication with general contractors through regular check-ins and punchlist follow-ups
  • Provide structured client updates and follow-ups at key project milestones
  • Track project data including timecards, GPS logs, and rework/change orders to ensure accuracy
  • Keep SharePoint and other project management tools up to date with current project information
  • Support Project Manager with risk identification, timely escalation, and project consistency
