• Proven experience in Exhibition Stand Companies or related event/project coordination roles (mandatory)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities
• UAE Driving License preferred (not mandatory)

Maxplus Advertising is expanding our team! We are looking for experienced Project Coordinators to join us and support our dynamic exhibition and event projects across the UAE.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of exhibition stands and event projects
• Handle client requirements and provide excellent customer support
• Liaise with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth operations
• Manage project timelines, deliveries, and on-site supervision
• Ensure the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction
