This role supports the successful execution of projects that directly impact our partners and clients. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Service and works closely with internal service departments, external partners, and leadership. While this is not a senior project management role, this is also not a task-only position. The Project Coordinator is expected to take ownership of assigned projects, ensure follow-through, and help drive outcomes — not just track activities. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, responsive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while continuing to grow their project management skill set. Flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to respond to time-sensitive needs are essential for success. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project planning and support execution across departments Serve as a primary point of contact for project updates and communication Ensure clients and partners receive timely responses and clear status updates Maintain project timelines, task tracking, and documentation Monitor project progress and report updates to the Vice President of Service Organize meetings, capture notes, and track action items to completion Identify risks, delays, or performance issues and escalate appropriately Support oversight of service provider performance, including quality, timeliness, and professionalism Assist with tracking project costs, timelines, and margin-related data Support urgent or time-sensitive project needs when they arise Ensure project activities align with company processes and service standards Performance Expectations Client Experience Clients and partners must feel supported, receive timely communication, and always have visibility into project status. Responsiveness and follow-through are critical. Provider Performance Assist in monitoring service provider performance to ensure quality, timeliness, professionalism, and accountability. Performance concerns should be documented and escalated for resolution. Financial Awareness Support tracking of project-related costs, timelines, and margin data. The goal is to contribute to efficient project execution while helping protect profitability. Ownership Mindset Projects should not stall due to lack of follow-up. The Project Coordinator is expected to take initiative, communicate proactively, and help move work forward.
