FinXL is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Insurance client on a key transformation engagement. FinXL is also able to take over existing visas and provide sponsorship for consultants.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Officer or similar.
  • Experience with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Some experience in tracking budgets, purchase orders, or project financials.
  • An energetic and enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to learn.
  • Foundational understanding of project management principles.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure data hygiene in PPM tools.
  • Track and manage team timesheets and related administrative tasks.
  • Support the end-to-end procurement process, including POs and invoicing.
  • Triage incoming project requests and manage Confluence dashboards.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation and spaces in Confluence and Jira.
  • Assist in preparing for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and planning events.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members, ensuring access to resources.
