Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Track project progress and escalate issues or delays to management.
  • Support in budgeting, cost tracking, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Organize project meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
